Question by diamondoll21: sleeping disorder? I just returned home from college and i have been having a hard time sleeping at night. Ill go to bed a like 10 and wake up at 3 not be tired but fall back asleep, then wake up at like 5 and not be tired and it takes me a long time to fall asleep. Do i have a sleeping disorder?
